Description
The Hydrocar is a futuristic instructional product which contains one of the 21st Century's most exciting technologies. The Hydrocar runs on 100% clean energy, generated by a reversible fuel cell which converts water into hydrogen with the help of solar energy.

The Hydrocar kit is designed to be user-friendly. It places the latest developments from the laboratory directly in your hands. The Hydrocar exploits a reversible low-temperature Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell. This generates energy through the reaction between hydrogen, which is stored in the hydrogen cylinder, and oxygen, which is also stored on board. The Hydrocar automatically finds its wayaround the floor, independently circumventing obstacles. It runs forward and in reverse until it finds a route devoid of obstacles. When the Hydrocar is running on its own hydrogen, two blue LEDs light up on the top of the motor.
